Frank A. McKinnon is Vice President of TSSD (semi-retired) and has been involved with the nuclear industry for over 35 years. Mr. McKinnon started his career as an Electrical Engineer, Start-up Test Engineer and Project Manager during the nuclear power plant construction boom in the 70’s and early 80’s. After accumulating this diverse background, Mr. McKinnon embarked on a successful career in the Contract Engineering business. He has founded, operated and sold several staffing companies since 1984 and in that time, has personally accounted for over $200 million in Engineering staffing, recruitment and placement. Mr. McKinnon owned and operated TSSD from 2003 through 2006 while Mr. Smith served in an executive management role for a public utility. Mr. Smith reacquired TSSD from Mr. McKinnon in 2007. Mr. McKinnon’s wealth of experience and abundant industry contacts have significantly contributed to the growth of TSSD over the last several years.
