Matthew J. Marston, P.E is Chief Operating Officer for TSSD. He is a graduate of the University of Maine (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) and has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial nuclear industry in project and engineering management, planning and scheduling, and site management including assignments in numerous operating plants, restart projects, and decommissioning sites in the U.S. and Canada. As a design engineer, project manager and senior site manager, Mr. Marston has been a key player in all aspects of station maintenance, modification, and outage management. Mr. Marston has managed project budgets in excess of $50 million, engineering groups in excess of 100 engineering and drafting professionals, and site organizations of up to 850 personnel.
